Small group training sessions
All training sessions start with a high five. Then we get down to business. With form being a top priority, we focus on getting stronger and creating a well functioning body (that looks good, too).
Most of our training sessions follow a specific work:rest protocol. :40 work, :20 rest, :60 work, :30 seconds rest, etc. All sessions have a coach that is their for one thing: to help you!
By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Basic Strength Training
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
Weekly challenge workout
This is our favorite weekend activity.
Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.
Intro to Powerlifting
In this advanced series you’ll determine your weight class and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.
